Positive: Location was perfect. Very quiet but only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Dalyan.
Negative: Though it was not applicable to us, the third bedroom in the attic would not be able to be used by adults, due to its very low ceiling height.
Summary: A great villa in a great location. Ali the owner is very helpful if you encounter any problems.
